"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were very comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water—both small but important details that made our experience even better. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening. While the food was enjoyable and the wait staff was friendly, we feel there is an opportunity to enhance the overall dining experience. A bit more training in restaurant hospitality could elevate the service, and more polished uniforms—including closed-toe shoes—would contribute to a more professional and polished atmosphere. That being said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort that went into making our stay pleasant. With a few refinements, this place has the potential to be exceptional. We look forward to visiting again!"

"This was our second stay at the Royal Crown - it’s a wonderful place! Some of the staff remembered us from our first stay 2 years ago. The entire staff are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great breakfast selection changing daily. Extensive menu for snacks, lunch and dinner. Very affordable happy hour around the pools or on the rooftop! Good selection of services in the on site spa. Easy walk to Pub Street and the market along the river."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of wonderful fresh foods, including salad and beautiful fruits. Channa the massage therapist gave me the best massage in my life, so I went back three times. The location has great places to eat and shop across the street, and Pub Street is a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa (sauna. Steam etc) are perfect as well, with happy hour every evening. "
